Lamarco Systems Service Department will process your request in the order it was received and will contact you to schedule an appointment.

By checking this box requestor acknowledges the following labor rates:

Commercial clients with valid Service Contract$85-per-hour plus a $35 trip charge (two hours minimum or $205)
Residential clients with valid Service Contract$75-per-hour plus a $35 trip charge (no minimum)
Clients without Service Contract$125-per-hour plus a $35 trip charge (two hours minimum or $285)
Remote programming (security, card access, phone entry)$75-per-hour (one hour minimum or $75)

We provide the following Service Contracts: • Monitoring • Inspection and Testing • Maintenance • Technical Support
All customers with valid Service Contract receive 20% discount on replacement parts for the respective system.
Residential and small commercial customers agree to pay at the time the service is performed.
Midsize and large commercial customers agree to pay in 15 days after the service is performed.
